Buy Securely: PayPal - Shopping Cart, Credit Card Payments, & Security
We use PayPal to accept all online payments from our customers. PayPal is safe to use – it protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant (i.e., it is not shared with Lily Lily!). Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
When you make a purchase, for your safety and security, PayPal requires that you enter your card's verification number (CVV2). The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. This is both for your safety and ours, to deter fraudulent transactions.

Returns/Exchanges
Exchange only. Returns are for store credit only within fourteen (14) days of purchase (from the date indicated on the invoice). Store credit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date that we confirm receipt of the returned merchandise. All sale items are final sale.
Returns after thirty (30) days will not be accepted for store credit. All sale items are final — which means no returns on discounted/sale items.
When you receive your order, please check the items for fit and/or accuracy. Lily Lily! cannot accept returned items with visible wear and tear or that have been washed, altered, used, scratched, broken or damaged in any manner. All returned merchandise must be returned to us as originally packaged, in new sellable condition. We have the right to deny store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within two (2) days of receiving the product to be eligible for store credit or exchange.
In the event that an order placed is inadvertently out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days to process your return/store credit.
Shipping and taxes are not refundable and will not be considered in the amount of store credit granted.
To make a return for store credit/exchange, please do the following:
1. Send an email to info@lilylilyshop.com to let us know that you would like to return an item and the reason for your return, and we will send you the return address for shipping;
2. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise as originally received, along with the original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope
3. Ship to Lily Lily! using an insured and traceable service to the address below. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
Shipping Policy/Rates & Orders
We only offer UPS for shipping for our orders. Currently, we offer Standard (Ground) shipping and 2-Day Air. Shipping is calculated based on the total cost of your purchase. Our shipping costs are:

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
All orders are shipped by UPS on business days only (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Delivery Time Does Not Include Saturdays Sundays Or Holidays.
We ship within the Continental US, Hawaii and Puerto Rico only. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses (APO/FPO). We do not ship internationally.
We will re-ship any domestic exchange items free of charge.
All orders are sent via UPS, Signature Required.
Shipping Times
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM Eastern will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM Eastern will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM Eastern will begin processing on the following Monday.
We do not offer Saturday delivery. Lily Lily! will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Sales Tax
We are obligated to charge sales tax for all shipments to Maryland, where Lily Lily! has a physical presence. The sales tax in Maryland is five percent (5%), which will be added to the subtotal of your order, along with a separate shipping charge.
Gift Wrapping Services
If you plan on purchasing an item as a gift, please send an email to info@lilylilyshop.com to let us know (after you place your order) and we’ll be more than happy to gift wrap it and make sure it looks extra special for the intended recipient. Please also let us know if there is a special message and we will include a small card free of charge.
Coupons, Discounts & Promotions
Discounts and promotions are good on in-stock, non-sale merchandise. Discounts and promotions do not apply to sale merchandise or pre-ordered merchandise, nor can they be combined. Coupon codes may not be retroactively applied to orders that have already been processed. Only one coupon code may be redeemed per order.
Our Privacy Statement
We hate spam as much as you do! We vow to never sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, you will be making the purchase through PayPal, which does not provide or give any of your financial information to us (the merchant). Any information we might obtain to process and ship your order, such as your name and billing/shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address will remain private and we will not ever sell or share this information.
